Assistant Professor Recruitment: The result of Assistant Professor recruitment exam has been released. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has started declaring the result of Assistant Professor recruitment exam starting with Home Science and Sanskrit subjects. This marks an important step towards filling up 826 Assistant Professor posts with appointments scheduled for January-February 2025.
MPPSC has posted the result on its official website, interviews will be conducted in November and December this year. A total of 64 and 131 candidates have been selected to appear in the interview round for the post of Assistant Professor (Sanskrit) and Assistant Professor (Home Science) respectively.
MPPSC media coordinator Dr Ravindra Panchbhai confirmed the news, saying, "We have started releasing the results. Two subjects have been completed, the results for the rest will be released soon." The results of seven additional subjects—History, Botany, Commerce, English, Hindi and Mathematics—are expected to be declared in the coming days. It is expected that the MPPSC will start publishing the results of the second phase of the assistant professor recruitment exam held on August 4 next month.
This phase covers eight other subjects, out of which there are 734 Assistant Professor vacancies. However, the detailed information about the interview for these posts is yet to be released. 42 posts will be filled in Home Science and 17 posts in Sanskrit.
