Faculty Recruitment: Applications for various Academic & Non-Academic posts are invited by Sona Devi University, Ghatsila, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand-832303. The University is situated admist a sprawling, picturesque campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure on Jamshedpur-Kharagpur National Highway No. 18 (NH-33) at Ghatsila, East Singhbhum. 

The Sona Devi University is running 11 schools & 49 courses in 91 disciplines. All the Courses are approved by UGC, New Delhi as well as by other Regulatory bodies related to various disciplines.

1. Administrative Posts: Registrar (1), Finance Officer (1), Controller of Examination (1), Sports Officer (1), Deputy Registrar (2) Assistant Registrar (2), Chief Librarian (1), Marketing Officer (MBA) (1), H.R Executive (MBA) (1).

2. Post of Teaching Faculties (Professor -01), Associate Prof. (02), Assistant Prof. (03) in each subject) in following Disciplines :-

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Pol. Science, History, Geography, Anthropology, Economics, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Bengali, Santhali, Home Science, Library & Info. Science, Commerce, Management, Education, Computer Application, Computer Science, Agriculture Science, Fisheries Science, Engineering & Technology (ME/ M.Tech in CSE, CE, ME, EEE with specialization in AI/DS/ML/Cyber Security) Yoga & Naturpoathy, Fine Arts, Environmental Science & Pharmacy (Professor/Principal in Pharmacy and Faculty Members).

3. Post of Supportive Staff in Different Disciplines/Schools -

Office Superintendent/ Accountant(2), Library Assistant (3), Lab Assistant (15), Lab Technicians (10), Computer Operators (4), Store Keeper (2), Office Assistants (5),Multitask Workers (6), and Gradeners (6).

#Qualification, Experience & Reservation Shall be as per norms of UGC, State Govt./ Central Govt./ Concerned Regulatory Body. Ph.D holders & Experienced persons will be given priority, Retired persons from University P.G. Deptt./ Principal of colleges / Industry may also apply for the above posts.
