Teacher Recruitment: 50% vacancies will be reserved for women in teacher recruitment

Teacher recruitment: Rajasthan government has taken a big decision regarding the recruitment of teachers in schools.  Bhajanlal government's big announcement, henceforth there will be reservation of 50% vacancies for women in teacher recruitment. 


Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has fulfilled the important promises made in the manifesto for the empowerment of women and their all-round development.   The CM approved the proposal to amend the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act to increase the reservation limit for women in class III teacher recruitment from 30 per cent to 50 per cent.  


With this decision of the Chief Minister, it is believed that the women of the state will get more employment opportunities and they will be able to become self-reliant and empowered.  We tell you that in December last year, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government was formed in Rajasthan and Bhajan Lal was made the Chief Minister in the new government.  


After becoming the Chief Minister, Bhajan Lal started working to fulfill the election manifesto.   He made 4 major announcements in the assembly after just one month of forming the government.   Which included announcements like increase in farmers' honorarium, policy documents, provision of social security to the needy.   Working on women empowerment was also a part of the election manifesto.   Which was announced by Bhajanlal government. 


The CM approved the proposal to amend the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act to increase the reservation limit for women in class III teacher recruitment from 30 per cent to 50 per cent. 


Rajasthan education department has 29,272 vacancies for class III teachers.   The list is published on the official website.   Soon Subordinate Staff Selection Board will release notification for Third Grade Teacher Recruitment 2024 in Rajasthan.   Under this, vacant posts of primary and upper primary teachers will be filled.
