Assistant Professor Recruitment: Good news for job aspirants. Bihar State University Service Commission (BSUSC) is ready to recruit 4108 assistant professor posts. Interviews are about to start for recruitment in 13 state universities It is expected that after these appointments, the shortage of teachers in the state universities will be largely removed. The commission announced the date of interview when the Patna High Court ordered to proceed with the recruitment. As per the official information, the interview for the recruitment will start on May 24. Through this, candidates will be interviewed for a total of 4108 vacancies, out of which 755 are backlog vacancies.
Commission Chairman Prof. Girish Kumar Chowdhury said in an interview that the target has been set to complete the recruitment process between May 24 and December 2024. Apart from this, recruitment of teachers in universities will also continue through phased interviews. He said that there is a need for subject-oriented teachers in the new education policy. In this case, if this restoration is done, the lack of education will be filled to a large extent.
