87,722 vacant teacher recruitment stay by High Court, Orders to give marks to guest teachers in third phase recruitment

Teacher Recruitment Examination: Patna High Court has temporarily stayed the third phase teacher recruitment examination.   Not only that, the court also issued an order regarding giving weightage to the guest teacher of Plus Two School.   The court ordered to give five marks on every year basis and 25 marks on five year basis.   The court has clearly said that teachers from backward and very backward sections are getting weightage.   In teacher recruitment conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission, they get weightage of five marks on yearly basis.   Both guest teachers and teachers from backward and very backward sections do teaching work.   So guest teachers should also get weightage.  


The court said, they are all teachers and do the work of teaching in the same way.   So guest teachers of education department will also get weightage.   In this regard, the guest teachers appealed to the Patna High Court, after which the court directed the education department to give weightage to the guest teachers as well.   A total of 5.25 lakh candidates have filled the form in TRE-3.   BPSC was thinking of conducting the exam from June 20.


 BPSC had canceled the exam on March 20


We tell you that in the third phase, there were vacancies for 87,722 posts.   BPSC conducted the exam on March 15.   After that there were allegations of paper leak.   After an investigation, the Bihar Public Service Commission on March 20 canceled the third phase teacher recruitment exam.   For this a notification was issued by BPSC.   The BPSC notice said written information was given by the Economic Offenses Unit (EU) that the question papers of the teacher recruitment examination held on March 15 in two shifts had reached the syndicate before the examination.   The Economic Offenses Unit has registered a case under various sections and is taking further investigation and legal action.


The exam will be held from June 10 to 12


After canceling the exam, BPSC said that the exam will be held again between June 10 and 12.   About five and a half lakh candidates applied online for this.   Candidates were preparing for the exam, meanwhile the exam was postponed.
