SSC CHCL RECRUITMENT: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued notification and started application process for Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (SSC CHCL 2024). Candidates can check the SSC CHSL Tier 1 notification and apply for the same on the Commission's website, ssc.gov.in. This time around 3712 vacancies will be filled through the exam. Application deadline is May 7. Check below direct link, important dates, eligibility criteria and other details.
SSC CHSL Notification 2024: Important Dates
Application Period: 8th April to 7th May (11pm)
Last date for payment of fees: May 8 (11 pm)
Correction window: May 10 to 11 (11 pm).
Tier 1 Exam: July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, 2024
Tier 2 Exam: To be announced later.
The number of vacancies mentioned in the notification is provisional and the exact number will be decided later. Updated vacancies, if any, along with post-wise and department-wise vacancies will be made available on Commission's website (https://ssc.gov.in) in due course.
SSC CHSL 2024: Eligibility
Age limit
As on August 1, 2024, applicants must be between 18-27 years of age, meaning they cannot be born before August 2, 1997 and those born after August 1, 2006 cannot apply. Reserved candidates have age relaxation as per government norms.
Educational qualification
Candidates who have appeared or passed their Class 12th or equivalent examination can also apply if they qualify on or before the cut-off date of August 1, 2024. Please download the notification below for details on this matter.
SSC CHSL 2024: Application Fee
Application fee is Rs.100. Female candidates and Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from fee payment.
