Recruitment of Headmasters: Now an important notification regarding the recruitment of headmasters in government schools of the state has been issued. West Bengal Public Service Commission has issued Indicative Notification on their official website on 15.03.2024 and local daily paper on 23.03.2024 for the recruitment of Headmaster and Headmistress under West Bengal School Education Department.
It said that recruitment details will be uploaded on 05.04.2024. However, that was not done.
According to the notice, detailed information could not be disclosed due to non-availability of information regarding vacancies, age limit, eligibility, pay scale, last date etc. from the concerned department.
Online and other related dates along with the date of submission of application will be made available on the website of the Commission, as and when available from the concerned department.
It may be noted that the application can be submitted online only from 16.04.2024 on the Commission's website https://psc.wb.gov.in. Before applying for the Head Teacher post, the candidates have to register themselves through the same website. Those who have already registered through the same website (i.e. https://psc.wb.gov.in.) will also need to register anew.
