DELED Admission: Good News for Candidates aspiring to become Primary Teachers. DELED course admission notification has been given again. The admission process for DElEd courses will continue as per the guidelines of the Board of Primary Education, a special notification has been issued. The Board of Primary Education has published guidelines for all private DELED institutions in the state to complete the admission process of students in reserved and unreserved seats.
Educational qualification
Applicants must have 50 percent or more marks in Higher Secondary Examination to get admission in this course. Chances will be given on the basis of marks obtained in the best of five subjects in higher secondary. However, marks in Environment among those top five subjects will not be accepted. Reserved candidates have age relaxation as per rules.
Age
Individuals below 35 years of age can apply for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (DELED) course. Regarding the admission, Gautam Pal, president of the Primary Education Board, said that the decision to take admission online has been taken to maintain transparency.
Application Process
Candidates have to apply online for admission in academic year 2023-25. Apply by uploading age proof, higher secondary mark sheet, passport size photograph and other important documents and certificates by going to the specific portal of the website of the Board of Primary Education.
