Primary Teacher Recruitment: Good news for job aspirants. West Bengal Board of Primary Education is starting the interview process for the appointment of primary teachers following the directions of the Supreme Court. Notice is given in this regard. 2020-2022 D.El.Ed Batch 2022 Primary Teacher Recruitment Interview is starting. Commences from 01.03.24, continues till 07.03.24. Even if the interview starts, the recruitment process will depend on the directions of the Supreme Court.
According to the notice, the Supreme Court directed the candidates to submit the interview report within six weeks. The Board of Primary Education will conduct the interview as per the instructions. All are hereby informed that verification of testimonials/relevant documents and interview/interview will be conducted from 01.03.2024 to 07.03.2024 (excluding 03.03.2024).
Incidentally, the total number of vacancies in primary was 11 thousand 765. Out of that 9 thousand 533 posts have already been filled. Remaining more than 2000 vacancies are currently not being filled. This vacancy will be appointed after the directions of the Supreme Court. 2225 remain. This appointment will be subject to the outcome of the present petitions-Supreme Court. The hearing that will be held in the Supreme Court after this is for the 2020-22 DElEd batch.
