SSC Teacher Recruitment: Good news for job aspirants. West Bengal School Service Commission gave final verification notification. Notification for Assistant Teachers of Upper Primary. The commission is going to start the process of physical verification of these candidates. A notification has been issued in this regard.
10 percent seats are reserved in upper primary recruitment for assistant teachers. The case was going on for a long time in Calcutta High Court. For that case they could not participate in data verification or verification. However, the Calcutta High Court recently said that they can participate in the information verification and recruitment process. The process was suspended in 10 percent seats reserved for the recruitment of upper primary teachers.
Now the School Service Commission has issued a notification to verify their physical information. Only side teachers of secondary and higher secondary schools can join it.
Candidates concerned can download the intimation letter for document verification from the Commission website i.e. www.westbengalssc.com from 09.02.2024. All the eligible candidates will be called to attend the document verification process. Two sets of photo-copies of all relevant testimonials / certificates / documents should be brought. All original documents including Aadhaar and recent color photograph should be brought for verification. Any candidate who fails to produce the original documents or is absent will not be given any further opportunity and will be treated as absent. If any error is detected in the verification of original documents, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be summarily rejected.
