Assistant Professor Recruitment: Bihar Public Service Commission invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of BPSC bpsc.bih.nic.in. 220 posts will be filled in the organization in this recruitment drive.
Assistant professors will be recruited in the medical department. The registration process will start from January 17 and will end on January 28, 2024. Read below for eligibility, selection process and other details
Eligibility Criteria

Age limit
Unreserved (Male) - 45 years
Unreserved Women, Backward Classes and Very Backward Classes (Male and Female) - 48 years
Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Male and Female) – 50 years.
The age limit for doctors working in Bihar State Health Service cadre will be 50 years.
Application fee
Candidates have to deposit biometric fee of Rs.200. Application fee to be deposited as –
For General Candidates – Rs.100.
For Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of Bihar State only – Rs.25.
For All (Reserved/Unreserved Category) Female Candidates who are Permanent Residents of Bihar State – Rs.25.
For Candidates with Disability (40% or more) – Rs.25.
For all other candidates – Rs.100.
Apart from the mentioned examination fee, the candidate will also have to pay the charges prescribed by various banks, which will be automatically charged as bank charges while making the online payment. Candidates can check the official website of BPSC for more related details.
