Teacher Recruitment: Good news for job aspirants. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released a recruitment notification for teaching and non-teaching posts to fill a total of 4,214 vacancies. The application process will begin on January 9, 2024, with the deadline ending on February 7, 2024. Vacancies include Section Officer (Horticulture), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Assistant, Stenographer Grade 2, Junior Stenographer, Typist, Stenographer and Assistant Grade 1, Assistant Teacher, and Post Graduate Teacher. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through official website.

Application fee
General and OBC category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.100, whereas Female/SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

Pay structure
Primary Teachers (PRT), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT), and Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) will be paid as per the guidelines of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
 Elementary Teacher: ₹ 45,647
 Trained Graduate Teacher: ₹ 58,262
 Post Graduate Teacher: ₹ 59,042
Various allowances will be added to it.
 Selection process
The selection process consists of four stages: a written test covering relevant subjects, a skill test (if required) assessment of practical skills, document verification to ensure eligibility and eligibility and a medical test to ensure compliance with standards of physical fitness of the concerned.
