Good News For NIOS DELED Job Aspirants, BPSC TRE Notice Admit Card Download

NIOS DELED

NIOS DELED: The Supreme Court recently set aside the decision of the Uttarakhand High Court, which granted equal recognition to 18-month D.El.Ed diploma and 2-year D.El.Ed diploma holders from NIOS.  The Supreme Court held that 18 months DELED diploma and two years DLed diploma cannot be equivalent.  After this decision, applicants of the ongoing BPSC Teacher Recruitment Phase-II to fill more than 69 thousand posts in Bihar were in fear of losing their eligibility.

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued a notification in this regard on its official website bpsc.bih.nic.in.  The Commission wrote in the notice that the DELED degree is valid in the light of the judgment given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Delhi.  For those with untrained primary education working before 10.08.2017, their DELED degree of 18 months will be valid.  Also, the Commission has informed that the candidates of Class 1-5 are directed to comply with the order passed by the Supreme Court mentioned in paragraph 07 and go through the process of downloading the admit card.
