Assistant Professor Recruitment: Serampore College invited applications for Assistant Professors post. Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for one substantive post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce of the college. The qualification will be as per UGC Regulations.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(i) The recruitment will be in accordance with the latest UGC Regulations, read with appropriate corrigendum and any specific guidelines issued by the UGC from time to time from the date of issue of this employment notification.
(ii) Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for interview. The short-listedcandidates shall be called for interview.
(iii) The college reserves the right to Revise/Reschedule/Suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason. The decision of the college shall be final and no appeal in this regard shall be entertained.
(iv) Number of candidates to be called for interview shall be decided by the college.
(v) Any corrigendum/ changes/updates related to the recruitment process shall be available on the college website, www.seramporecollege.ac.in.
(vi) Please attach the Demand Draft of requisite amount and self-attested copies of testimonials,including first page of publications and experience certificate (if any), with the application.
(vii) Incomplete application will be rejected.
(viii) Applicants already in service (Government/Private) must apply through proper channel.
