Only married, widowed and legally divorced women can apply. Applicant must be a citizen of India. Candidate must be a resident of the concerned village. Candidate must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination. Candidates who have passed Madhyamik or equivalent or higher examination can also apply. But in that case only marks obtained in Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes should submit xerox copy of caste certificate.
