Primary Head Teacher Recruitment
WBSSC: Finally, the notification for the appointment of the primary head teacher has been published. Howrah District DPSC has published notification in this regard. In the rest of the districts also notification will be given soon about the appointment of head teachers.
Howrah District Primary School Applications are invited from the teachers and teachers working in Howrah district for the recruitment of head teachers/teachers according to the cycle and language based vacancies of the schools under the parliament.
Date of application from 24.08.202 to 08.09.2023. The details are given on the notice board of the District Sangsad Office and all Abar School Inspectorate Offices in the district.
Changes have been made in the rules for the appointment of head teachers of primary schools. The rules of the left have been brought back. That is, district school inspectors will approve the appointment of primary school head teachers from now. This has also been informed by issuing a notification. The state has released detailed information on the recruitment of primary school principals.
Head teachers will be appointed on the basis of merit. In case of primary schools, the method of appointment of Headmasters has been changed. The sum total of marks for evaluation of an applicant aspiring to be a Head Teacher is 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks is 60. That means a candidate should get minimum 60 marks.
Details have already been given about the process of appointment of head teachers in primary. The concerned DPSC will prepare the merit list. Circle wise merit list will be prepared. Then the District Primary Education Council (DPSC) will complete the counseling process and the appointment will be made to the post of Head Teacher.
