BREAKING: Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay ordered suspension of the Supreme Court, what did the judge say? don't know

Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay

WBSSC: The Supreme Court, the highest court of the country, has given a stay on the order of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay.  The Supreme Court has stayed the posting of primary teachers corruption.  A case was filed in the Calcutta High Court that there was 'posting' corruption in the education sector.  Justice Abhijit Ganguly ordered CBI and ED investigation in that case (Abhijit Ganguly Verdict).  EDK said, if necessary, they can also file an FIR and investigate.  On Thursday, the Supreme Court gave an interim stay on the order of Justice Gangopadhyay.  Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay said that he will not hear the case until further orders.

Jailer Manik Bhattacharya has moved the Supreme Court challenging Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay's ED-CBI probe order.  On Thursday, the apex court granted an interim stay on Justice Gangopadhyay's order.  That order was informed by calling the Registrar of the High Court.

On Thursday, Justice Gangopadhyay's bench also heard this posting corruption case.  But before the hearing started, the order of the Supreme Court reached the judge.  Justice Gangopadhyay, referring to that in the courtroom, said that he will not hear this case for at least the next week.

Manik Bhattacharya has been interrogated by the CBI in the case of financial transactions in the posting of primary teachers in several districts.  Manik has been interrogated by the CBI following the order of the court.  CBI has captured the video of this interrogation.  They said that Manik Bhattacharya is cooperating with the investigation.  When the case came up in the court on Wednesday, the CBI told the judge that they have filed an FIR.

The lawyer of the Primary Education Board told the court that many of the suspected employees are being contacted and the process of canceling their jobs has also started.  After listening to the questions and answers of both sides, the judge commented, "A fight is going on, the war is still left!"  Even if 1 lakh rupees were taken from 400 people in the name of posting, then there has been corruption of four crore rupees.

It is known that the board released the list on July 6, 2021 for the counseling for the recruitment of primary teachers.  As a result, many teachers were forced to accept jobs in distant districts.  A few days later, on July 30, a list of vacancies was released again, showing that everyone had vacancies in their respective districts.  How this vacancy was created in just 23 days?  The judge asked the question.

The judge also added the teachers who joined schools in Birbhum, Hooghly and other districts by taking advantage of the second directive.  The detailed information including the names of the teachers, the names of the father or the husband, should be given to the lawyer of the litigant in the form of a list.  The board's lawyer asked for some days to provide the list.  The court granted the request.  The court has given the board until August 2nd!
