Big Breaking: Calcutta High Court orders SSC to publish teacher recruitment panel, know details

WBSSC: The big news came out about the recruitment of School Service Commission.  The court today directed the commission to publish the list of merit list and waiting list candidates within 7 days.  The case will be included for re-hearing in 15 days.

Today the Calcutta High Court heard an important case related to the appointment of teachers.  The recruitment process of upper primary teachers has been pending for nine years.  On the one hand, the strict attitude of the School Service Commission and on the other hand, the lengthy process of the court, the recruitment process is going backwards.  The case came up for hearing before a division bench of Justice Soumen Sen.  The High Court ordered the publication of the panel.

The School Service Commission on Monday mentioned the long-pending case regarding recruitment of upper primary before a division bench of Calcutta High Court Justice Soumen Sen.  The court fixed the hearing for Wednesday.  Calcutta High Court gave a big order there.

Since 2014, the recruitment process for higher primary is going on.  There are more than 14 thousand vacancies in this recruitment.  Officials claim that SSC has already taken several steps regarding the higher primary recruitment process as directed by Calcutta High Court.  Chillron7 thousands of job seekers looking at this case.

Job seekers are disappointed as the recruitment process has not been completed even after 9 long years.  Allegations of corruption in the 2021 interdue list published by the School Service Commission on the recruitment of upper primary students moved the case from the single bench to the division bench.

Justice Subrata Talukdar directed the commission to conduct interviews in 2021.  For those who didn't get call for interview, make complaint.  Ordered to submit the merit list to the court after the second week of November.  Later SSC also submitted the merit list to the commission.

In the last hearing, the School Service Commission presented several information about the recruitment.  The commission's lawyer quickly raised the issue of appointment.  Advocate Kalyan Banerjee, on behalf of the eligible job aspirants, raised the issue of long-term deprivation and strongly questioned the recruitment.

The recruitment of upper primary teachers through the School Service Commission (SSC) has been pending for eight years.  On the one hand, the lack of goodwill of the Commission, on the other hand, this protracted process is due to one case after another.  How long like this?  Job candidates are asking that question.  Finally some happy news came forward.
